i woke up at 0530am..getting ready for my dialysis session..buat kopi 'O' sapu roti dgn butter untuk sarapan dan bekal...aku sampai yishun dalam kul 0700am tunggu bas 800 gi block 236..everything went smoothly and fine...4 hrs of treatment..towards d end the unexpected thing happen...and i really hate it...'CRAMPED' from foot, leg and stomach..it's unbearable..den nauseus came too...i'm sweating..i call the nurse..to stop since it's finishing soon...the pain still there..

Relax and stay calm...i rested for 15 mins before getting up from the seat..i went to the toilet wash face..tidy my hair..den weigh my weight sitting on the scale..no headache..semua ok..confirm stable baru aku balik...!!

I really hate it wen it's cramped ah..usually towards the end..cos pain is unberable...if u panic it become worsen..so must relax..MUST CONTROL WATER CONSUMPTION VERY IMPORTANT...!!! Looking forwards for next diaysis session next tuesday and friday..hope it feel allright and all turns smoothly...Insyaallah..
